Ideal clients and how to make more money!
It would be so nice if you could wave a magic wand and all your fear and objections would just go away. I often wish it could work that way and then I decided…after standing at that wishing well a little too long…that I have the power to change ME!
I did my research and knew that learning from industry professionals who were running successful businesses was the right place to start. I also knew that I was standing in my own way and really needed a guide to walk me through some business fundamentals, clarifying my business model, and then identifying my ideal client. I reference this part of the PPO course frequently as I fine tune picking who I want to work with and making sure they are my ideal client. WOW – that feels so good to say – I love picking who I work with versus taking any job that crosses my path.
Oh, and about that, I get that we all need to make money, and it was hard to say no to my non-ideal client, but what I learned is that it freed up time to find and then work with my ideal client. It is nuggets like those that this course will teach you.
I think one of my other favorite things about the course is that I have found my people! Like-minded professional photo organizers who want to make more money by offering luxury services. You might be thinking doesn’t everyone want to do that? But they don’t. I was finding myself getting distracted by too many options and all the different things that others were doing. Then I would second guess my decisions…because what if their way was easier? Sometimes it seems like it might be, but whenever I get distracted I go back to the Profitable Photo Organizing workbook and videos and get back on track – I love that the workbook is downloadable and that the videos are in short 3-5 minute segments.
